360° Drone

The drone has six Degrees of Freedom force and torque control. As a result, Voliro includes superior wind and disturbance rejection. Forces up to 2 kg can be applied in any direction, ensuring stable and reliable contact between NDT sensor and inspected surface.

Autonomous Mission

Voliro doesn’t rely on GPS. We use cameras and lasers to navigate indoors and outdoors. Data from multi-camera, IMU, LiDAR, depth sensors and Laser tracker are fused to robustly navigate in the environment and avoiding collisions.

Mapping & Modeling

Accurate 3D mapping and modelling of assets using LiDAR scanner or Photogrammetry. Data collected using common NDT sensors can be stored on the 3D model for easy visualization. Visiting the same inspected points in the future is possible thanks to the stored 3D map, enabling corrosion monitoring and asset degradation rate.
